An awesome resource for teachers is canva ! I created this worksheet easily through Canva’s pre-made template and tailored it with my own writing and sections. This type of worksheet promotes wellness and is easy to make. As an aspiring teacher, I find it difficult to find the exact type of worksheet I want. So many resources out there right now are ones you have to pay for, and doesn’t end up being exactly what you’re wanting. Having the skill of using Canva frees you up to create anything, instantly.
